2.6 update bugged usb controller??

has anyone else had issues with their controller NOT working once plugged into usb charge cord after 2.7 update?? it was working fine before this update now the four red lights flash when plugged in and i cannot play any games or use the controller in any way untill its charged... :( i have reset and re synced no fix.
(((((2.7 update not 2.6 sorry)))))

If this aint just for GT5 then is should be moved else where.
And if this was an issue for anyone else we would of heard from more people by now. could just be your controller you cant really test that if you only got one, try messing with the settings in the ps3's controller settings.
 
Make sure your controller is plugged properly. Something similar happened to me, because I have a G27, the cable got loose (with the plug and unplug of the wheel) and it kept telling me that my controller needed to be recharged, and I couldn't figure why because it was plugged permanently (I thought it was about to die, the DS3, of course) and when I touched the USB connector, it was not fully connected. Never had problems afterward.
 
found it sorry all, i plugged my cord into my digitail camera to see it it fitted then the cord end came out in camera lol its now broken. camera cord fits and has fixed this problem yay

Yeah I've been having this issue. I thought my controllers were going bad.
