2 Player Drag Racing or Versus A.I.

I searched GTP for hours and hours to find anything about 2 player drag racing or versus A.I. but I can't find anthing. So, I decided to post. Can anyone tell me if you can have a two player battle on the Las Vegas Drag Strip or if you can verse the A.I. in arcade mode in anyway...if not then thats seems like a waste of friggin track and competition!

I think I saw a pic with a chevell and some old-timer-muscle-car draging on Las Vegas Drag Strip. I wonder how that was done.

That would be a prerelease thing, they could have had both cars racing on a special 2290CE Nurburgring with loops and electrified runoff areas of untimely doom if they wanted to.

The pictures at IGN and that were things probably left out just like Drift Mode.

Its a waste of space, but if someone can organize it, the can make a comp. to see who can get the fastest times with a car using a manual.
