1: For the longest time the some of the videos i obtain have jumbly effect. When i watch the video its like stuttering and its like that for the WHOLE time, it gets really annoying and nausiating. Is there any solution to this?

2. Viewing one of my recently obtained videos, i tried playing 1 and license acquisition thing popped up, license.overpeer.com? im pretty sure that it means i have to have a license to view the material. Anyone know how to fix this? 💡

Which operating system are you running? Windows? linux? apple?

If windows ( the only one i know about) make sure that your video card is not to slow for the video, if you have got an old pc then it probably is.
If you don't have a clue which video card you have, try this ( only works on windows xp i think)

Go into control panel and click on add hardware.
Click the box that says i have already connected the hardware.
It should come up with a huge list of components, and usually a video card.
If it doesn't say anything about the video card other than the name, write it's name down, and have a search on the net for it, and see if you can find some specs.

Or

If you have a fairly new pc, search for it on the net to see if you can get some specs.

If your video card is too old, get a newer one!

That's the only way i can think of!

Hope this helps!

Yes, that is a license that you need to approve to be able to play the file. To get it to work you need to be connected to the internet. You got that error because it couldn't find the internet. Only accept the license if you know it won't put spyware on your PC.

The only way to get rid of the jumbly and poor quality image is to record the video with better quality or use a better quality filetype.

ahah damnit so now you guys know my puter is garbage, but i have put alot into this (ati tv wonder pro, ati 9200 vid car)
when i get my new compe, hopefully be end of the year i can be as fast as some of you :)

^What? Who said that? I said that the poor quality comes from the quality you recorded the video as. If you record your video with better quality then it will look better. The license thing can't be avoided, no matter how great your PC is.
