(from vehicle creator Koenigsfeld Geoffroy) The idea was to keep the style of Alfa Romeo while imagining how it could look like in 50 or 100 years. It is a flying car concept that I have called "Alfa Spix".

I wanted to keep the aspect of a car and not transform it into a space ship. Therefore, the interior looks quiet actually, but is also a pretty design. For the exterior, I have adapted the Italian design by, among other things, suppressing the wheels. The overall aspect had to give an impression of power and robustness.

I invite you to discover the video by clicking on this link http://www.creatix.be/video.php

I stumbled across this whilst cruising http://www.seriouswheels.com. A rather weird looking car, but I kinda like it. A bit of a return to the sci-fi styling of concept cars for me. I can't say it looks all that great now, but if you give it about 10 years...
I am curious, though, as to its coefficient of drag. One of the nice things about fairing the body around the wheels like that is the reduction of drag around the wheelwells, to the best of my knoweledge. I digress though.
Thoughts, anyone?

"Spix" huh? How well is that going to sell in Mexico?

(J/K, someone had to say it though...)

It looks like an old freight train got groovy with an Alfa. Drawing doesn't show very much though.

That's racist!!

 I wonder if the designer even knows better. I mean, where is this company based(the designer that is, not Alfa Romeo), France or something? Do they even use that slur over there?

The down side is that it's a pain in the neck to change a tire.

I'm surprised they let "Spix" fly. Maybe the term isn't used in Europe...

i agree. dump the name. racist connotations. and the car looks more like a study in art Deco design elements. it'd make a better looking building or statue than a vehicle
