2007 Lamborghini Gallarado "Privilegio"

Starting at the point at which the Gallarado SE left off, the Privilegio is the next special-eddition model to come from Lamborghini.

Lamborghini has announced a new limited-edition Gallardo called the “Privilegio.” The car will be produced in limited numbers, with only 150 coupes being built. The exterior features a combination of matte and glossy black highlights. The interior gets a special black and white color scheme. All dimensions and engine specifications remain the same from the standard coupe. the retail price will be 19% over the standard model.

...I dunno about the matte/gloss paintjob, its kinda ugly...

If lambo wants to go traditional hotrod on us, then they'll have to go a long, long way in reverse. Geez guys. If you're going to attempt to make a car look like a "rat rod", at least put forth some effort. Like, Whitewalls on red wheels, and a mexican blanket inside. Oh, ya can't have disc brakes or independent suspension. Oh, nix the fuel injection while you're at it. Honestly, a Lambo like that should cost at least 19% less than a regular one.

Stupid waste of money. I wonder when all of the rappers are going to buy them all out?

I think the mat black stuff needs to go. It ruins the blackness and glossyness of the black Gallardo imo.

The exterior is a bit of an affectation. I don't like it personally. The interior is ghastly. It looks like a 1970s bachelor's bedroom. And a 19% uplift on the cost? That's £20,000 of cosmetic work!! No posted changes to mechanical specification?

I'd just take a standard one, thanks...

They could make it matte black two-tone, but for this thing they are on the wrong panels.

I thought the $5000 for stripes on the Ford GT was bad. But 19% for black paint & different colored seats!!?! That's mad!! Then again, so is Lamborghini. But serisouly, I don't think anyone can rationalize a price increase of nearly $30,000 for color.
