It is 2010 model year. Go to garage and search by Year and Red Bull says it is 2010.

So? Unless you can prove you can get it in a ticket, you cannot get it in a ticket. The car is available only through Level 35 B-Spec, passing the X2010 Challenge, or buying it at level 40.
