2011 Academy winner in GS races

Have any of you guys/gals been watching last years Academy winner in the Continental Tire series races?
He`s driving car#14 in GS and he`s not bad, for a guy coming off a couch.
One pole position and two second spots, best finish of 7th, all top ten.

He's done pretty well so far for sure, and in a nice car too. Sadly he didn't drive in the last round, the only race I can attend this year. But his replacement is a fine driver himself. Sadly they had their race ended through no fault of their own, doing well until caught up in someone else's frantic mistake. It happened right in front of me.

This thread probably belongs somewhere else however as it isn't directly GT5-related, perhaps the motorsport forum. Might even already exist.
