Best part is apparently they're not doing the silly bracket racing like the Dubai24 so we really get to see the cars hammer for 24 hours (or as long as they hold together )

Here we go...
Edit: I'm really surprised that there is not more on here watching it with us.

I wasn't expecting it to be wet...

An accident at the present moment, someone's spun out.

ONLY 12 cars atm?!

Woah, what happened there?

Just had 3 safety cars. Last one out due to the blue/white SLS taking a massive hit. Lambo and Ferrari #17 have just regained the lead lap due to not pitting. Weather going to play a big part in todays race.

EDIT: Speed TV will have live coverage of the last 2 hours of the race.

Disappointed to see the #23 Lamborghini out, was hoping for a good result for them as David Russell used to drive a V8 Dirt Modified at my local speedway.

Wow. Leading Audi has backed it into a deep sand trap. Safety car and a big shuffle.
Second Audi just pulled off with the fuel rig attached too. Fuel rig and car damaged and a heap of fuel lost.

Mark Eddy has not had a good day at the wheel... Spun twice, ripped out the fuel rig before terminating the red back Audi at the top of the mountain...
Been enjoying the coverage, loving it with almost zero ads!! :D

Wasn't SPEED supposed to broadcast this?

SPEED Australia is broadcasting the final two hours of the race, don't think that SPEED America is going to though.

Not a bad race and quite interesting weather at times. :scared:

It's still February and I've watched three endurance races this year already.

If they can keep increasing the international presence,
it will be great next year.

The 458 GT3 & SLS GT3 have to be 2 of the nicest cars racing currently.

It was a shame the Australian GT Teams have Clipsal 500 (V8 Supercars) Support next weekend,
or a lot more cars would have been on the grid.

I enjoyed the bits I was able to catch from this race, just too bad all the dry racing action was happening while I was still asleep! The race definitely got me excited for the Australian GT one-hour twilight race at the Clipsal 500 next weekend!

While watching the stream, i heard something about some team purchasing a mclaren and might bring it here next year, which if true, i can't wait.

Also sad to see Lowndes not finish, i was hoping he would win it.
