The Premier League Asia Trophy is a biennial tournament, which was first held in Kuala Lumpur in 2003, and Hong Kong 2017 will be its eighth edition and the first with four Premier League teams: Liverpool, Leicester City, West Bromwich Albion and Crystal Palace.
Liverpool will be making their second appearance in the tournament, having competed in 2007, while Leicester, West Brom and Crystal Palace will be participating for the first time.
Interestingly, this year's tournament will not feature a side from the host country.
It will be held in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Stadium from 19–22 July 2017.
