20hp Championship. Intrest?

My brother and I race against each other (2p) with what we call the "20 HP Championship". Basically, it is what it says.

You may use any car, modified to any extent, with a maximum of 20hp + nitrous. Basically, your choices are limited to the FIAT 500 and Subaru 360, and the old Daihatsu Midget.

We'd set up a championship series, with these vehicles. I want to know if there's any intrest.
 
I can see this being a lot of fun in head-to-head play. I don't know if it would be as fun in OLR. :)
