I'm planning to go this race in a couple of days time and I would be grateful for any advice you people can give. I'm looking for some decent challenge and like to think of myself as a pretty good driver. I'm looking for a car that's not outright the fastest, but is nice to drive and can win the race if you drive it brilliantly and/or using some interesting strategy. Can you please recommend something that fits the criteria?
 
In the world of Gran Turismo there isn't a better person to defer to on all things Le Mans than Shoe67.

I'm sure you'll find all the information you're looking for there.
 
If you plan to do it in one or two sittings, remember to eat and drink enough. Pause the game from time to time when you make a pitstop, Stretch your body, get some motion. Remember they normaly have 3-4 drivers on a car, not just one ;)

Nah, my plan is to stretch this one for a about a week. I usually get tired after 2 hours of straight driving.
