24 Hours Saving in Pits help

Ok, so I'm doing the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and it turns out a tropical rainstorm shut off my PS3. Now, I had just pit 4 laps ago in the race, if I turn it back on, will I start from when I last pitted, or am I 🤬 for the rest of time? Also, was there any sort of option I had to turn on in the pits, because all I see in the pit menu was Tires and Fuel...
 
You have to manually save the game, so you will lose your progress. Sorry.

The next time you start these long races when you do pit and "suspend" the race do a save and a backup that way if something like this happens you will not lose the whole race. I did a suspend and backup save ever couple hour when I did mine as it was during storm season as well.
