It took me a while but I finally got the win.
Not much of a tune, however more of a strategy.
Car:
Toyota TS030 Hybrid 2012
Transmission:
Max Speed 130 mph
Downforce:
Front: 630
Rear: 800
Tires:
Racing Soft
*Pit at the end of lap 4 - take only soft tires and gas (only 78, not a full tank). The AI will make a second pit stop and you should be able to overtake all of your opponents. I should have won by 7 or 8 seconds but I was charged with 2 penalties.
