you dont need practice. you need TIRES. some diff tires mgiht give you the drift you want. the trial mountain was pretty good, but you get out of your drifts too fast. try on some less handling tires. like normals or sims. sims is REALLY hard with that 240sx, but it's your choice and pick waht you want.

yeah like busta said, sim tires mite be nice. but in the vid you have the accelerator down almost all the time, and with sims you can't do that ... so maybe lower HP alittle and practice sim tires... i dunno ... good vid nice capture, its really good quality. gj.

hmm, i can't find the rite codec...
where can i get it? the player wuz searchin on activex.microsoft.com...

i have the newest divx...(for my anime)
still doesn't work tho...
my player keeps tryin to download a compressor on activex.microsoft.com

try using the divx player or get Xvid-vite codecs ... the xvid one usually plays all the newest compressions

im sure you can play them with real player but i play every vid with windows media player, just upgrade yours.

I'm using normals on the 240SX. Don't really like Sim's. I used to used them when I was learning how to drift but sim tires force you to slow down to much thats why I don't like them. Its rediculous how slow you have to go with sims to drifts. Yea you can drift a lot longer, and go sideways more but doing that kinda stuff at 30mph isn't fun :P

only if you are not doing them right....

...high speed drifting is more than posable w/sims!

i get your point life, but once you get good at it and with the right gear ratios and other settings, you should be able to drift on sims around 60-80 mph. i dunno just could be my cars and/or me.

Kewl Vids. You need to keep your wood up it (accelerate more)

i always use sims but today i tried normals and you can drift really fast if you shift the weight of the car

Drifting with normal tires is a lot different then simulation also. Simulation just drifts..... hell turn to much going straight and ur all over the place with sims... sims just kinda feel cheap to me cause its so easy to drift. Normals actually make you work to get the car sideways... and ur drifts are limited because you lose speed... kinda how I see it work in the real world. Sims u just kinda drift for extended periods of time that would seem impossible otherwise

i dont think sims are real,i think the tires that simulate real life are the normal tires but then again ive never driven a real car for 30 min in one time so i cant judge

im making a 240 tribute video, i finish it but needs to make it into lower MB and then send it here online!!!!

take Cudaman's setting for S13 and apply to 240. adjust gears, brakes, HP to your personal liking.
