hi my friends. just would like to ask you. I was this year watching 24hrs Le Mans live so when get back home I start to drive this race. Was so excited but let say after 8hrs weather changed and till now ( 13hrs driving ) its still 100% wet and heavy rain! Driving at this condition at night is really frustrating. Some of you have any experience if weather will change for some stage or will raining till end?

When I did it it rained for 23 hours.

I driving on La Sarthe Mazda 787B stealth model. Was looking for some premium car because I love driving with cockpit view. First couple of hours was amazing! Lots details was exactly like on the track. Now I have to really fight because rain. I'm leading only about 1.00 - 1.30min. So more pits and few crash and be hard to catch them!
 
When I did this it rained for 20 or so hours. But the car seemed faster on intermediates in the heavy rain. The opposition were never really any problem. Even the car I used had no extra tune up parts, just set up how I prefer to drive. The car was a Peugeot 908 Hdi FAP. Not too quick compared to the Bentley and Audi I was mainly competing against, but the handling for me was more important over a long race.

It'll be a while though before I attempt the other race.
 
When me and my brother did this race a few months ago, we started in dry, 2 hours in it began to rain. 3 or 4 hours in we were forced to go with full wets. Then it rained all the night and with 5 hours or so to go the track was dry again. We're thinking of doing again btw.

I can't say when the rain will stop but it will in time. It does mostly :)
 
I have yet to attempt any of these races. Simply because Im new to this game. My PS3 red-lighted the day I bought GT5 XL Edition and I have yet ti get a new system to play. In comparison to the real thing, just how difficult are these 24 hour races? They really 24 hours long?

Thats just plain awesome without a doubt. I cant wait to get my system! This game looks amazing and judging from the amount of cars and all, I think I may just have a new obsession. Lol
