I can only imagine that in game.

I want one

At 2500hp those tires and brakes are way too small.

IF it seen in any game, it would be a NFS title...

Horsepower has nothing to do with brake adequacy. 15 inch vented discs in the rear is more than enough for what they would be needed for when the thing only weighs 3000 pounds, and I can only imagine how large the fronts are.

*rolls eyes* That guy Chris Rado, and another 1000hp + car. I don´t like that guy for some reason. He has an obsesion with tunning cars far beyond the limits. I remember seeing him on documentaries, bragging about his projects, and always getting his butt kicked at the end. Anyway, that was a long time ago. He seems to be quite successful now, and I´m glad for him. Still, I don´t like the extreme tunning thing...

That Supra looks nice, though, but it´s going to be a complete waste being a Need for Speed exclusive. Just like Porsche an the Pagani Huayra...

need for speed ruins it for everyone...

I've never been a real fan of getting a normal car and just cramming in as much horsepower as possible just to say "ha, I have the most" so I hope something different wins.

Edit: Oh, good news I guess (for me that is).

I too occassionally take tractor turbos and just shove them in cars. It is a favorite past time of mine.

I have zero use for any of the GT awards winners or anything I have ever seen come out of SEMA. In my opinion it basically ruins those cars. For example the old C1 Corvette that's in the game already, (I think that's the transcammer? May be wrong) just looks terrible. They should have left it original, those are beautiful cars and what they did to it is a disgrace.

Eh, I'd pass. I can only imagine how useful 2500 hp would be on a race course. I guess it would be fun on SS Route 7 though.

Thing is, how much of that is a Supra? Take off the extremely modified bodyshell, and I'd guess about 5%.

I would say more than 5%, but they made it purely Toyota. Since that V8 it uses is out of a Tundra. Cause if it wasn't I was going to go find and kick a kitten.

That thing is still very much a Supra. A friend of mine has a 900hp Supra that is street legal and has many rigidity and aero parts but still remains a Supra inside and out.

I'm not a fan either, but he is no slouch, he has records in Drag and Time attack as proof.

On brake diameter in relationship to horsepower ... there may not be a direct relationship but common sense would dictate that you may want to be able to stop just as well as you accelerate. We should see what's in the front wheels.

And how many times has it been on a Road Course for 20 or 30 mins at a time?

Anyone who uses a street legal car with 900hp or north of it...shouldn't be at a road course

Supras, over rated.
And for that matter, any car that is "built" but not "used". Why dump cash into something that's too precious to use. A sports car without sports is just a car.

*personal opinions. :)

 Must. Buy. Someday.

Well, since this discussion is barely relevant to GT5 anymore (and the car is unlikely to ever feature in the series due to the NFS ties), I'll be closing this up.

This post here discusses the car elsewhere, however 👍
