25th edition extra contents?

Hello guys, I have 2 good questions about the PS5 DISC 25th anniversary edition.

First: Will we have a physical disc based soundtrack of the game or only a digital downloadable voucher code?

Second: What about the PS4 DIGITAL copy Voucher code included with the bundle? I plan to sell it for a good price to help repay the extra money needed to buy the 25th edition.
Will the voucher code come separetely from all the other extra contents so I can enjoy them while being able to sell the useless PS4 digital copy?

No one can know with 100% certainty until it is either explicitly mentioned elsewhere or the game launches but you can reasonably expect some things based on industry standards as well as Sony's own past with DLC codes. I suspect there will be 3 small flyers in the case, each of them containing one PS-Store code for the soundtrack, PS4 version and 25th Anniversary boni.

From what I've been able to gather, the soundtrack appears to be exclusively available via the Voucher code (No mention for a disc for either version of the 25th anniversary edition)

Given this is a bundle and going off my previous experience with special editions of GT (GT6 15th Anniversary Edition and GT Sport Limited Edition), I would not be surprised if all the content is contained via one singular code as that's how I was able to access the bonus content exclusive to those versions (with the pre-order bonuses accessed by a seperate code usually given by the store selling it, which was Gamestop in my case both times).
