Satisfying the new demands expressed by the market and, above all, suprise them. This is the motto adopted by STRAND CRAFT to break into the mega market.

STRAND CRAFT is preparing to launch the extravagant 122 , a high performance streamlined 38 metre Open super yacht, with an amazing Art Deco interior that can be greatly personalized. Interior includes four double and very large staterooms, heads, reception and salon areas and of course comfortable crew cabins. There are 52" LED TV´s and Bang & Olufsen sounds systems in all rooms.

The most stunning feature on this yacht is a special handcrafted supercar (Tender) powered by a 880hp twin turbo V12 engine with topspeed 375kmh can be housed in as a tender in the stern garage.

With a total of over 14,000 horsepower this amazing yacht breaks speeds over 50 knots.

News story about the SC 122!!

Press Kit for the SC122 (16.6Mb), has additional pictures of the car!!

For me personally, I think this is just an awesome package, you can travel anywhere in the boat and when you want to go to dry land, you just pull your one of a kind 880hp supercar out that's more exclusive than a Veyron could ever be. There is supposed to be only SIX of these built all up (6 boats with 6 cars) and five orders have already been made.

Your opinions please on this boat/car combo.

Wonder if it has Hyperdrive? Looks like it's from Star Wars or something.

It's cool how it has a shape you'd see on smaller sport yachts, even though this is no where near small. Performance all around. I take it these will all be water delivery?

The yacht is absolutly stunning. The car not so much (in terms of design). But the idea is great in my opinion, very "The Highwayman" (showing my age there).

It always makes me laugh when people gasp at the price of a Veyron, when you could have almost a hundred of them for the price the Maltese Falcon, Octopus or Indian Empress.

Liked the car up until the headlights. They look a little too bulging to go along with the otherwise very clean design. But the profile and rear look great.

And I can't even stand to look at the interior of that boat. Its too awesome. Looks like there's nowhere to be outside on it though.

That is the largest offshore powerboat I've seen.

Any word if the car will be sold separately?

It's the car and boat package only at the moment apparently Jim.

But hey, stranger things have happened in this world, so never say never.

got damn the yatch looks like a Talbot Lago. It's stunning. Amazing interior too, my eyes hurt just by looking at the tiny pics. I feel like I lose money just by typing this.

and there is the open area, just behind the "cabin", above the car storage, it's shown in the picture before the one that shows the car's profile. Epic.

I can hear it now... "yeah, I'mma work on Windows Gazillion edition, I think I'll take my lil' boat and get lost for a while..."

If people would pay me $29 million a pop for a powerboat, hey, I'd spend the extra on pretty computer renderings, too.

Right before leaving for the jungles of South America... to spend the rest of my days at the secret villa Uwe Gemballa shares with Elvis Presley and Jimmy Hoffa...

Wait, how many of us are on here? Surely we can scrap together enough in a paypal account?? Only five of the six boats have been sold...!

If all 113,987 of us pitched in a mere $255 each, each member could enjoy the package for about 4 minutes and 36 seconds each year. :dopey:

I'm in BTW 👍

Definitely a step up from the Wally Power 118 yacht I have always been so fond of :) 👍

That boat is stunning. That car looks amazing. Now if only I had $29m laying around...

Using the quagmire theory, you could whore yourself out to 290,000 chicks for $100 each or 29,000 really fat chicks for $1000.

What........fat chicks need loving too!! :D:p

LMAO I see the irony of what episode that quote was in.

Looking from a mortorsport perspective: Meh, no matter how fast it can go, there are no corners and therefore no apexes in the sea for you to hit. Also, for 29 million bucks I would buy an entire collection of supercars and a gorgeous estate house.

Looking from a normal perspective: You can get an army of chicks (fat and skinny) just by parking that thing and playing with the keys. ( if there are any )

Owing boats makes little sense unless you're incredibly, unbelievably loaded. On top of the astronomical purchase price you have immense running costs... a boat like that will use fuel like a 747 and require a full time crew.

And if you're rich enough to own something like this you probably are too busy with your businesses to spend much time on it.

Makes much more sense to lease or rent one for the few weeks a year you want to use one.

Having said that, that is a fabulous piece of design - the interior is particularly tasteful compared to the interiors of some of the super yachts I've seen.

The car on the other hand, is a waste of time... most marina's won't have moorings that allow you to drive a car off the rear deck.

Most yachts have a shared ownership anyway, for the reasons Stotty said.
