Having decided to abandon an endurance race, (the 9 hour one) after 2 hours, as I don't want to lose the progress due to the crashing/AI stealing bug, I went back to doing some special events.
I discovered that the 200% bonus xp/payment had sunk down to 130% during the 3 days I had been doing the odd hour on the endurance race.
So it appears even though you actually log in to the game if you resume a suspended endurance race it will not count as a login and you will be treated as if you had not logged in.
As you cannot do any other racing other than resume endurance or abandon it you will get penalised for saving an endurance race.
If this is a bug I hope it is sorted along with the other bug. If not then its a poor implementation of the save race feature to treat the player this way.
