Right, I'm currently level 23 (near 24) and have 3.7 million Cr but I don't know what to buy.

Should I buy the Nissan R89C for 3.4m at the online collectors dealership?
or
Should I grind to 4.8m and buy the FGT at the online collectors dealership?

If I should grind to 4.8m what's the best way to grind?
