Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 (J) '98 vs. Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 Turbo (J) '98

Please forgive me if this has already been answered (I did not find anything when I searched the forum). The specs for these two cars seem to be identical. Are there any differences between them?

The only difference here is that the estimated price is higher for the car without the "Turbo" designation.

I don't think the HP #s on the 3000GT VR-4 (J) '98 are correct here due to the Japanese 276-HP Pact, which the game follows, plus it has a slightly better lap time than the 3000GT VR-4 Turbo (J) '98.
