Replay Checking:

  1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays
  2. Once you have checked the replay, post in this thread to say that you have checked it and whether it's clean, dirty or doesn't meet the required race specifications
  3. When verifying a replay, check against this weeks race specification, check that the tyres are the correct compound and that the power and weight is correct for example
  4. If you are unsure about a replay, always seek a second opinion before posting

Congrats to to mysteron for the win, and to everyone who achieved their goals. Also, great last sector Ian:tup:.

Didn't get a negative handicap, but I felt like I learned something during that TT, so it was worth all the rage:lol:
 
Wow, you guys made up some time in the 2nd sector :eek: I didn't quite achieve my aim of getting into the '02's. Needed to spend more time on it I think.

It was a great combo @PASM hairpulling all the way and no time to improve my laptime.

But i think it's the closest TT i remember. Great racing to all. Lovely to see that kind of close times.

@Gadget334 I saw you'r keeping a tiny bit of throttle whilst braking.Propably to remain stability in the car?
@numbnuts70 : I reckon the throttle fiddling in some corners is a desperate attemp to get the nose of the car in the right direction.I think you easily win a couple of tenths without it.

In general:interesting to see the difference in the used gears at some specific points of the track.
And allso the use of windscreenwhipers :lol:

Really enjoyed this week. Super stoked to win D2, especially against so many runners. Thanks to Stefan @Meister Fetz, Lucas @Gravitron and Joe @Mini Stiggy for the great banter. Interestingly, the last time I won D2 was with another of Bart's creations (Spyker at Suzuka) - let me know when you dream up some more @PASM, and thanks for a great combo. To top it all off, I think that this is my best handicap performance since I started in wk8 of GT5.

Congrats to all division winners and podium placers. Looking forward to studying Lucas' breakdown of the second sector.

Baffling and fun combo this week. Time - wise I had the right goal in mind (1'02.55x) but ability - wise I had the wrong talent. :confused:

I take it a negative handicap is good then, I have no idea how they work at the moment.

Is there a link to an explanation of the handicap system? I'm intrigued to find out what 'weight', 'squeeze' and 'scoot' is. :lol:

Is it only the TT results that count towards the divisional standings?

I've always wondered, (but not enough to ask, I guess:dunce:). This is 🤬 awesome! I calculated my new rating based on @Vaxen's explanation 👍

It was also amusing to see @hasslemoff Paul's division 3 finish in 2011. Shows what three years racing with GTP will accomplish! 👍

Great combination @PASM, the closeness of the results kept good interest in the event., where even a small improvement could mean a few places on the LB. Loved it.
