Is there any event, when completed, unlock the 330 p4 race car(ferrari)?

No, but you do have to be Level 21 to purchase it. You could also get it from a ticket, such as the Birthday Ticket Year 67.

It also costs 20 mil. credits to get it, if you didn't know that.

Best way to get it: BD-ticket 1967 (If you have it - use USB trick!!!)

Also, you can obviously test drive it a bit on the S license test on the Japan street track. (Route 246?)

I love this car, i ground (or grinded?) a bunch of the old seasonals in order to get the 20 mill. Not only did this car win that hard as hell a-spec classic cup race thing, but because of the grind for it, i became a better driver.
