Yea I searched the forums for stuff related to this seasonal race but the only stuff I found was for the deepF raceway mazda challenge.

I have a 97' Mazda RX7 and the 85'. Is it possible to win with either of these cars? If so what tune setup you people use to achieve victory?
 
As long as you tune them to the weight/power limit it should be possible, that RX7 challenge isnt very hard at all.
 
so ur sayin weight reduce to stage 3? any suggestions on suspension, lsd, brakes for either car?
 
Does stage 3 make it too light? And yes, it helps if you put in all the other parts like LSD, tranny, clutch, etc. Set the tranny more to acceleration and drop the ride height a bit. I think I won it by ~8 seconds my first try like that.

Try to do some time attack at tsukuba and see if you can manage a consistent 1 minute lap time. You can pretty much have a steady win with 1 minute for all 5 laps
