3D question

And yes I have used the search...Didnt help.

I just bougut a LED 3D TV.The ps3 seen that it was a 3D tv, and was adjusted to the size of the tv.But When I click the 3D button on the remote to turn on the 3D, it says its not supported???Any thoughts?
 
3D mode should be automatic once you turn it on in the options menu in the game. No need to turn it on via tv remote.

Stupid question...Are you sure its a 3D and not just LED? Have you read the TV manual to ensure the store didnt have it posted wrong?

umm.... Yes, that is a stupid question. Its a Toshiba 47TL515U specs
So yes.. its a real LED 3D TV.
 
Go to the Options menu (the little gear) on the main page when GT5 loads up. In there scroll down to the hardware row and then across right until you see 3D options. The setting are in there.
Hope this helps, it'd suck to have a 3D TV and not be able to use that function.
 
I am curious how well the game plays in 3D. Hopefully you will know or already do. Let me know your thoughts on if you like it or not.

LOL, Didnt see that option.That was the issue.THANKS. 👍 If there is a car or ticket that I have in my garage your more than welcome to it.I have more cars than listed in my garage ( got lazy on updating cars) and have no DLC paints yet.Took a break for a month or so on gt5, so I havnt done any trading recently to update my stock.If there is anything I have.. PM me and let me know. THANKS AGAIN. OBTW.. 3D on the game is ehh.. ok i guess.Better than 2D..lol

You have to play with the settings. For me 3 parallax and .90 convergence is prefect. The image is very nice with no ghosting. These settings are best from cockpit view but work well with bumper cam also. I had to brighten my tv 3D settings as well, as the tv defaulted pretty dark. Once you have settings right ehh will not be a way you will describe it anymore.
Eau Rouge from a good cockpit is quite an experience
