3DMark 2001 SE Help Needed

I have downloaded MadOnion 3DMark 2001 SE and successfully installed it. But when I open it up I get an error (attach a screenshot of it). Seeming that I am not to familiar with 3DMark and what ever the hell it means, I am asking you computer geniouses here. Is there a way to make it run on my computer or will it simply not work for me?

I have a 1.6ghz Pentium 4, 256mb of ram, DirectX 8.1 and a GeForce 4 Ti4200.
