The goal is simple: Your absolute quickest time, on JPEG, obtainable in the 400M
The rules: none. Just have your time posted in image format. Since I don't have a digital camera I'm not eligable
Hybrids: If you wish. But a handicap system will be implemented: I'll take a stock version of that vehicle, run the 400M with it, and divide that time by 3, and add that much time to your totasl time.
