I managed to get the Chapparal 2J to 438 km/h which is bloody fast for a car in the 70s.
What I did was put a stage 4 turbo in it, so that it has 1067 bhp, but not an oil change because I forgot.
I did the gear trick (final gear to max, auto to 1, final gear to min), then set the auto to 25, as I thought that bigger numbers means faster and more powerful gears.
I didn't mess with the other settings in case I ruined the car*.
Gears
1st: 1.946
2nd: 1.110
3rd: 0.820
Final: 2.500
Auto: 25
Here is video proof that I am not lying:
No there is no Nitrous as you can't get it on the car*.
* Not really a car. More like a dishwasher on wheels with 1000 bhp
