We have been in contact with "Moot's fake lawyer" and are in close contact with the 4chan administration. We are working together to find a common solution to this immense dilemma.

We appreciate the cooperation of all the individuals associated with this website, and urge you to remain steadfast and patient while we work to expeditiously resolve this matter.

If there is one thing that our company has learned from this is trust 4chan, its members and its administration more than your own clients, as we have been deceived and mislead; however, after speaking with the 4chan administration are very happy with the way this is heading.

Glexia is prepared, due to the circumstances and members of the owners of diditforthelulz.com impersonation of chief officers in our company to cooperate with 4chan.

I was just curious about the nature of the site, so I was reading up on the Wikipedia page. It looks to be a really interesting environment, from a sociological view, with issues like anonymity and posting reputation. And come on, 110,000 posts a day? That's some serious stuff.
 
An anything-goes website, full of child porn and scat. And the source of nearly every internet meme of ever.

Its sad to that it's DNS servers were taken down by (apparently) a girl.
But I'm sure it will be back in its full glory soon.
 
Hmm, 4chan....The redheaded step child of the internet. Well it's been a wild intense trip but it all had to come to an end someday. All the memes that they've given over the years will be remembered.
 
This isn't true. There are no other 4chan executives. Just moot. Its fake. Carry on. If not. The internet is gonna have some diharrea.

And to Famine: I believe you don't go on 4chan anymore. If you post child porn on 4chan, you'll get banned. Sometimes, forever. Yeah, some people still post kiddie porn but they get banned. And I rarely see any on 4chan.
The only close thing to child porn that people post on 4chan is Lolicon.
But, yeah, 4chan will be missed.
It'll be up and running in no time.. I hope.

If I ever saw any of that crap, I'd report it to the FBI. Perhaps, that's the real reason why this crap-hole went down.

And why is that? 4chan was a great place, I've never seen any cp in the 2 years I've visited the place. sure there was a lot of really weird stuff there and yes a lot of meme's were formed in /b/. But bashing the place because it was a place where lots of morons posted random and sometimes useful or funny stuff, is stupid. Although I posted very little there, it was and awesome website, without it, surfing the net its pretty fricken boring to me anymore.

Actually, I'd have to disagree with you here. It's good to have places like that to attract morons and wackos. Despite being counterculture pot-luck, it has done its fair share of good for society. Vigilant 4chan users stopped what could possibly have been a school bombing/shooting, for instance.

The F.B.I is always tracking 4chan. They try to make arrests and stuff. They caught the dude that made the bomb threats to major stadiums in the U.S a couple of years ago.
Here's a video. It's very innacurate and me/everyone who goes to 4chan knows that this is innacurate and alot, maybe all, is not true. 4chan is filled with great stuff. My time on the computer would be not so awesome if it wasn't for 4chan. :)
