50/50 Raffle

To promote lotteries, I have decided to hold one. This is a 50/50 where for every car you send, you will get 1 entry, 3 cars get 5 entries and 5 cars get 10 entries. I will then put all of your names into a Random.org list randomizer, and then will add up the credits of all of the cars and divide it by 2, the winner will get half of the credits to pick out the cars that they would like. Birthday tickets are 1 for 2 entries, Level tickets are based on what level they are, the lowest is worth 3 and the highest is worth 10, the other tickets are worth 5 and gift car tickets are worth their cars rarity based on myGranTurismo.net. I am holding this over multiple forums, so the prizes will be big. I will count how many tickets that I receive and every ticket is worth as many entries that they get. So if you send me a 24 ticket, the 10 entries will be a different pot that is divided by two, and you can pick the tickets you receive that add up to half the value of the total ticket pot. Dumbed down version:
You send cars/tickets as entries
I randomly select winner
You pick cars that equal half of the value of the cars sent, and I send them

This makes no sense this is just a useless way to get people to send you cars all day. the paint lottery one was cool but this is rediculous
