650PP Farrari?

Can any Farrari achieve 650 PP other than the formula cars? My Enzo was close but still not 650 . . .

Fully tuned, with max. Aero, oil change and a decent break-in, the Enzo can make it to something slightly above 650pp. I think my newest one is at 647pp currently.

i beat it in a 599 with 602 pp
dont max it out that just makes the experience boring and easy

My fully modded 458 is around 640, which frankly makes the races too easy, but good for grinding the seasonal events.

I know fully moding you car gets boring, I was just wondering why PD would put that as the limit if you can't reach it. I thought I was missing something while tuning.
