For others like myself who enjoy racing production cars I invite you to join my/our daily and nightly race rooms. As of late my groups rooms have been filling up very quickly. I've been entertaining the idea of changing to a friends-only private room setup and would love for other clean/casual/fun drivers to join. We use the track vote system almost always - everyone has a vote in lap numbers and setup type used (700's/500's) as well.
We will swap between setups with 700hp/1050kg and 500/800kg and do not allow race mods, race cars, LM/GT cars, or LM road cars. Concept cars are okay so long as they fall within the previous restrictions. If you can buy it at a dealer, bring it in! We do have a rule about GT-Rs: Win once with it, then please use another car. (As these cars handle insanely well, we would like to keep the balance fair and the room curbed of weighted cars). I refuse to race mine online
Racing etiquette: We only allow clean racing. There is no intentional blocking/ramming/using others cars to make your turn garbage (IE: Passing on the inside while shoving the other car off the road). Dirty tactics are warned once. This is rarely an issue, but it's worth noting. If someone behind you has the upper hand, say on Nurburgring, please be kind to let them by or often they'll be forced to pass dirty on such a narrow track.
I keep a strict mic policy: If you use a blue tooth mic, I ask you to either keep the sensitivity very low or mute it when you're not speaking. We don't want to hear your TV/mom's cooking/phone conversations/controller/steering wheel noises. *A hot mic ruins others online experience*. People without mics are welcome to join so long as they keep chat volume on.
I'd appreciate if you guys joined my rooms and raced with us before sending a friend request. Being that there are a limited amount of friends allowed on the PS network I'd like to add the folks planning on being at least somewhat regular to our races.
The race room names will look something like: <700/<500 Production.
