750,000 Lost Credits?

I was trying to sell one car so I could buy another. I was told on the screen that I could not sell the car. I found a way to sell it anyway but it looks like my points are gone? Is there a way to recover the points and why are you not allowed to sell some cars?

Some cars such as the DLC cars and I believe the prize cars you are unable to sell, but that's PD's decision so not much you can do about that. Also, I suspect you deleted the car which does get rid of it but for no credits, just more garage room, hope that helps

DeTomaso. I'm on my second one, both have been 1972 models. They came out when I was in high school. It was my dream car and it still is!

Apart from certain "special" cars, as already mentioned, you cannot sell any car with a new car value of 500,000 or above. All you can do is delete them. I've just deleted a few million credits worth of cars.
