750,000 Lost Credits?

I was trying to sell one car so I could buy another. I was told on the screen that I could not sell the car. I found a way to sell it anyway but it looks like my points are gone? Is there a way to recover the points and why are you not allowed to sell some cars?

Some cars such as the DLC cars and I believe the prize cars you are unable to sell, but that's PD's decision so not much you can do about that. Also, I suspect you deleted the car which does get rid of it but for no credits, just more garage room, hope that helps :)

DeTomaso. I'm on my second one, both have been 1972 models. They came out when I was in high school. It was my dream car and it still is! :)

Apart from certain "special" cars, as already mentioned, you cannot sell any car with a new car value of 500,000 or above. All you can do is delete them. I've just deleted a few million credits worth of cars. :indiff:
