787B at Le Mans

The 787 B is amazing at lemans!!! If you go into arcarde and tune it to full and put the gearing to 430k per hour. I amazingly got a clean 2:42.9. I couldn't believe how fast it was! Its possible that everyone already knows about arcade mode with the 787 at le sarth II but i was very suprised by the 2:42. Anywas let me know what u guys think about the 787B on Le Sarth II. 👍

I'm guessing you're talking about B-spec since hardly anyone runs 24 hours in A-spec.

I've used the 787B a few times in B-spec mode at both Sarthe circuits just to get extra cars and credits. It can easily outrun the AI competition and is rather gentle on tires and fuel. A-spec usage is about the same.

The only endurance race that the 787B doesn't do well at is Motegi Speedway Oval in B-spec (it's OK to use in A-spec mode). It doesn't have a fast lap time and uses up front tires faster than heavier cars. I've tried all sorts of things such as modifying the suspension, gearing and B-spec speed settings, but it doesn't improve it enough to make it a winner at that particular race. There are a few more things I might try, but I doubt they'll work either.

Favorite part was taking Mulsanne Corner at 65mph
 
So, basically, the 787B is the best car to use to do the 24H of Le Mans? Im planning to do that race sooner or later, and I dont want my car to eat up fuel and tires fast - the Minolta 88C-V's not going in, thats for sure. But anyways I was looking for some advice on what car to use for that race.
 
Guido is an awesome guy!!... the 787 is really good for a 24 hour if you set it up correctly , i can be on lap 23 and pit wihc is pretty good for le mans. The car is so stable and well balanced!!
 
So I guess then I should use the 787B for 24h of La Sarthe eh.
 
I used the audi R8 which was a huge mistake. I would suggest using the 787B. If i had to do it over i would choose the 787 or the cp92 race car!
 
Does the black beauty 787B work?
