I believe so because at the bottom left of the picture it says 'km/h'

So while servers are down I thought I might do some tuning to my black edition so far I've got 8.906 without SRF, here is a picture:

Edit: only realised in kmh just then. Your mph time would be around 8.940

Thats 0.1 better than mine, but I'm not a good tuner, as I am only new. If you can help me with mine it would be much appreciated. I don't know much about drag racing on gt5 but I would love to learn about setting up 1/4 cars to get under 9 seconds
