8 hours of looking for the formula gt...no luck

8 hours is nothing, Im looking for it for a week +, every day, after every 5 races or licenses, its about day 900 for me, im level 28, and b spec 22, 99% of the time I dont forget to check used cars.... still.. I didnt see it even one time! :( that sucks ultra bad!
 
I've just used 30 mins only. I used the "License test method": Enter the License Test B1 and quit, then do the same thing for B2 to B4, go to the used car dealership. You could see a nearly whole page of new cars. Actually, B5 can be done in the same way for a whole page of new car, but for the sake of not missing the car by entering the same test more than one, I just do for 4 times. I believe that the standard cars show up in cycles, so missing one will have to wait for another cycle.
 
I cycled licences for about 20 minutes and it turned up.
WTF!!!!! Level 24????? But the event unlocks at 23.

After doing some races to hit lvl 24 it was gone. I spent all day yesterday cycling licences and it still hasn't showed. I get more and more dissapointed with this game everyday.
 
I was lucky - it showed up pretty quickly and that was good 'cos it was the last extreme event I needed to do. Won the championship (4 wins) then went back to win Suzuka & Monaco and then flicked it - I'll never drive it again and I don't think I'll wear my PS3 out on B-Spec when I could be driving the F40 or Scuderia 'round the 'Ring instead:) Hope one of the last endurance events has an F2007 as a prize 'cos it would look pretty in the garage tho'
 
Did the licence refresh trick and it only took me 30 mins to get the FGT:) i was kinda surprised that it didnt take me that long to get...was hoping ti get a white one ended up with blue though
 
those of you that found it after only 30 minutes and especially the guy right here where it was there the first time you looked..i hate you guys lol.

I've put 2000 miles on mine since buying it yesterday. I had to complete 3 indy 500s and also did some other racing.
 
Muahhahaha, just got mine.
The first time I couldn't buy it since I was half a level short. Did then some racing + a lot of B-Spec while checking regularly.
Yesterday I did the dedicated license B1-B5 thing for the first time about 4-5 times until it showed up. Lucky me :>
 
I got mine tonight after about 3 days of trying:tup: Had over 8 million built up,so I still have plenty of money. Doing B-spec with it now!
 
i got the blue one too...what colors do you guys have?

i'm tired of the blue one because i had the blue one on psp...
 
Missed the FGT last night while doing some B Spec grinding as I didn't have the credits. It'll pop up again in another couple of weeks I suppose.
 
I saw it a week ago when i had no money :( Now i have money i cant find it.

I must say this is not how i imaged spending my time when i got the game. If any other game made me as angry as this i would have stopped playing by now. If a hardcore fan like me is struggling to find the right cars and getting angry then how is the casual gamer going to feel????

WTF has Kaz thinking????? This and b-spec ruins the game completely. It could so easily be a 10/10 game
 
Mine in GT4 looked like a force india (before the force indias existed) it was really cool - then I got an orange one also cool but I was looking for the black and silver one back then... now I wouldnt mind the orange one at all but the blue one is by far the worst they had back then and I cant understand why is it the only one available now :(
 
I saw it appear for the first time yesterday, blue again :( In GT4 I had the white one :P Don't mind the blue, it would just be nice to have the option of different colours...
 
Checked for a few days without knowing what it costs, kept saving everything, was up around 2.5 mil when it appeared. DOH!
 
I have yet to see it but I'm not looking for it. I've seen lots of other cars I wish I had money for though. The rx8 race-car looks so mmmmm.
