80 Acceleration Sensitivity?

I'm not sure if this should go in the tuning section or somewhere completely different but I have a question... What is 80 acceleration sensitivity? It's on a few Nissans. Z32 and Sileighty, just to name a few, but there are more. It's only on the standard differentials and once you go to a fully customizable differential it only goes up to 60. 60 is supposed to be completely locked, right? So how can you lock it up even more? This just doesn't make sense and I'm probably just being stupid and not seeing something obvious, but if anyone could explain this I'd appreciate it.
 
I guess we can't fully lock the customizable LSD and 60 still has some slip on it. So 80 would be more locked. Or I have no idea what I'm talking about.. :)

That would sort of make sense but I don't ever notice any slip on 60.
