No! Just change the oil.

It's a prize car, so comes already broken-in at 790hp. Change the oil for the peak 829hp.

Scroll down to the Formula 1 class, it has a list of submited times. The rules are 2 tires on the track at all times, no hybridding, no wall touches what so ever.

NOTE:
When ever you win a F094/s, save the game. Then go into the trade car mode. Select the F094/s "costs something like 3 or 4 million" buy one then go back to your garage. ;) you now have 2 bone stock 829hp'd F094/s's with 0.0 miles. Now use 1 for races and the other for hotlapping. The trick with the hot lap car is that you must NEVER save your game after using it. That way you keep it at 0.0 miles forever :D Run a 200-300 mile hotlap session, save that setup if you wish then restart the game. Go back to the track, load your saved setup and start over from 0.0 miles with 829 hp.
