95' 3000gt vr-4

I love these things in their dodge form and since PD never added it iv wanted the 95 3000gt vr-4 but can't seem to find one with under like 30,xxxx miles. I was wondering if anyone had one (preferably in championship white but can take anything else) that has extremely low miles or even 0/0/0 I don't have much to trade but I can buy something from the NCD or OCD or can see what I can do
