'95 Ford Taurus Driver's seat belt buckle holder does not click/work, help?

So I go to work today to notice before I leave the seat belt metal thing won't click/hold in its holder, so I had to use the passenger seat belt holder (pardon my lack of car part's name jargin) to be able to wear a seat-belt. It made for a little awkward feeling since it was stretched over the middle console (floor shifter-storage)

Know any quick fixes for this?

Spray it full of WD40. If that doesn't work, it should be a $5 part from a junk yard that only requires a ratchet (or maybe a big Torx) wrench to fix.
