999,950cr is not 1 million cr!!!!!

Today I purchased the Pagani Zonda LM racecar from the online dealership and have a friend who has been looking for it but can't afford it. I tried gifting it and it told me this car cannot be gifted. It cost me 999,950cr and I did nothing at all to the car. Why can't I send it?

all of the ucd cars have an internal value that is based on 0 mileage. The zonda LM race car's internal value is more than 1mil and thus cannot be traded
 
The sending limit is probably based on new-car cost, not used-car cost. If it were a variable value, you could get around the limit (possibly) by running a car into the ground to reduce value, and PD just has to make sure they lock down any opportunity of trading valuable cars.
 
You can trade ALMOST 1 Mil (i think its 950,000) Super GT cars straight from the dealer. The cap is 1 mil. Upgrades arent included.
