I want to express a few of my Requests for a Future Gran Turismo game "Doubt Most will make GT4" but I am going to throw out a few Categories I want to see in a Racing Game!

Feel free to express your requests in the Categories I list!

Top 10 Cars I would like to see:

1: 2003 Pontiac Grand Am GXP
2: 1970 Boss 302/429 Mustang
3: GMC Cyclone/Typhoon Pick-up
4: 1987 Gran National
5: 1957 Chevrolet
6: 2003 Ford Lightning Concept
7: Stryker TT Viper GTS
8: Assorted Vectors
9: 1990 Chevrolet ZR-1 Corvette
10: Ferrari F40/F50

Top 3 Car/Truck Modification Features that I would like to see is:

1: Motor Swaps
2: Custom Paint Upgrades
3: Aerodynamic "Wing/Bodykit" Upgrades

Top 3 Course features:

1: Traffic "Road Courses"
2: Alternate Routes to the Finish
3: Hazards on Raceways

Top 3 Races I want to see Featured:

1: Drag Strip Race option
2: Multi-Class Races "Like the 24 hour Lemans race...Only not as long" :D
3: Hill Climb races

Other Assorted Features i would like to see:

1: Drive-in Car dealers "like a Virtual Auto Mall" Could happen :D
2: Hidden "Special Edition" Cars on Tracks "I Like Exploring" :D
3: Races for Pink Slips "Like the old PC Game Street Rod"
4: Visual/Structual Damage "Probably wont happen with Real looking cars but it doesn't hurt to Mention it"
5: Auto Repair Shop "Fix damage at a Cost"
6: Used car Classified section "For parts or whole cars"? Another feature from the old Street Rod Game!
7: Career mode

Well considering 3 of those are trucks, you've got a 7 car list. The corvette is completly unessicary with the # of vettes that are in there now. We don't need any more vipers, seeing as how most of them are identical, just have more power. The "57 Chevrolet" What??
Vectors I agree on, and the Ferrari's i could do without, because there are no chance of they having it anywho.

Alternate routes? Like San Fransico Rush....quality gaming there, and so realistic too...
Hazards? Like what? Deer running across the road?

If they include a drag strip GT4 online will be nothing but F&F kids in skylines and supra's all day, and would really suck.

...They're called Endurance races...

Hill climbs are for bikes, and The Escudo...No fun.

they have a Career mode, it's called Simulation mode.

As for all those "Street Rod" features, they've been in quite a few other more well known games.
 
I would like a drag as long as there would be a good asortment of muscle cars.

GT4 already has the SSR it would be nice to see a few Sport trucks in the mix...the 57 chevy would be nice if they made a Drag race Option!

why are motor swaps retarted...I know the wing thing might be pushing it but I think dropping bigger motors in the cars would be a nice Mod!

they are just a few things "I Personally" would like to see in a future Gran Turismo "Real Driving Simulator"...thats all!
 
Exactly, that's why motor swaps are retarded. If you can swap a motor into ANY car that it can fit in, you might aswell have a built in X port, because technically you can fit any engine in any car if you have a modified chassis. So that defeats the purpose.
 
Yeah it's not a necessity so I don't see why we need engine swaping, I don't like the body kit/aero parts idea either, those ideas sound like another racing game I have: Auto Modellista.

the motorswap idea can conserve space of the game...Instead of selling 5 differant Miata's of the same year...just have differant motor sizes as a Option in the factory "Built for the car"...I am not saying have it a Option to throw a F1 motor into a mini...just a option of differant sizes!

you have made it Quite apperant that you hate Every idea that could make the game better...for what its worth I am sorry for Offending you with with a couple ideas that might make a Great game better! :)

Not every idea is stupid, the color changing option is great....and....that's about it.
 
Actually, I'd like to see Le Mans type racing in a few endurance races for GT4. That's about all i like on your list though.
 
I'd like to see a good civic in GT4. Ya know something in the "special" part if the dealership. It's just a suggestion.:D
 
Street Rod was a cool game, hope someone develops a game that does the original game justice.

Never got to play Motor City Online but heard it was pretty poor anyway:(

street trafic and cautions? retarded.

i think that drag racing would be a good addition. think about it;
sitting on the strip before the race wondering what the other guy has under his hood.
more skillfull acceleration techniques will be discovered (pressure sensitive, etc..)
and the heart pounding thrill of winning by 0.100 of a sec.

I think they should put a $500,000 civic in GT4. You can do almost anything to the car in real life, so why not have a good one in the game?
 
That, makes no sense...How can you spend 500,000 on a civic? That is virtually impossible, unless you know. BMW Makes a gold engine for you.
