I've only given GT5 a couple of hours, mostly due to having just moved house and there only being 1 TV set up, meaning I had to switch it off while the missus watched Ugly Betty last night. But I already have a couple of questions:
1) Is there a race / prize listing thread anywhere? I can't seem to find one.
2) Is B-Spec Bob usless to start with or what? I entered him into the Sunday cup in an Mx-5 (a car I'd used to walk through the same competition in A-Spec), set him to "Overtake" and he finished dead last.
3) Speaking of B-Spec, I'm assuming there's no "3x Speed" option this time around, or am I just missing it?
4) Is there any way to sort the Used Car lot? It says square to change view, but it doesn't seem to put them in any kind of order.
5) Is it the same deal with prize cars as it always has been? i.e. single race = win once; championship = win multiple times
6) Is the xp awarded for winning a race dependent on how hard the race was? so if you take a fully-tuned Skyline to the Sunday Cup, you're going to get less than if you won it with an untuned Yaris?
6) Do I need to do the licences to enter any competitions / races?

3. Nope, it's not there.
4. You can sort them by price and date of dealer acquisition only. Which is annoying. Would have been nice to sort them by date, when looking for a car for a classic race.
5. Yes.
6. No idea? Probably not?
7. No.

1) No lists yet. Unfortunately.
2) I only tried it with a BMW M3 and he won. But ofc that cae is a bit over the top for a sunday cup.
3) No 3x Speed :<
4) Press Square to sort either in the order they've arrived in the store, or by price. thats the only options.
5) You can only win the price cars once... running the same cup / championship again will not give you an additional reward.
6) I actually didnt test it. I would assume that for example sunday cup awards a specific amount of XP depending on the position you finish in. Usually i got around 350 for winning, but in professional league I got over 700 for winning
6) Yes you need to do the licence tests. Not only does it teach you to drive, its pretty quick if you just only aim for bronze. You can do most(if not all)tests in first try. Also gives a good amount of XP and a free car (or 3)
 
CHeers for the answers folks. Quite surprised you can't re-win cars from Championships. This basically means you can't really sell any prize cars just yet (which is the reason why I asked about the prize / event list - I wanted to know if there were any I needed to keep as I went along).

As for the Scouser thing - my username isn't accurate anymore, I'm no longer In Exile. I bought a house in Liverpool about three weeks ago...
