Righty.
I've got a Samsung 2333HD, 23" screen. It works wonderfully by and large, but seems to have some channel problems.
The first thing it started doing a short while ago is changing off the HDMI channel by itself. I have my digital TV box plugged in via the scart, and my PS3 plugged in with the HDMI. The other day it was changing off the "HDMI" channel setting by itself, so I had to keep picking up the remote, changing it back and then continuing. I thought it was a remote problem, so I removed the batteries and nothing further happened. Problem fixed? Well...
I'm watching TV at the moment on the digital TV box, and every so often it seems to keep "rescanning". You know on older TVs when the signal went weaker you used to get the little channel indicator popping up on the screen? Well this is similar, but for the channel goes completely for a second or so and then comes back on. It's not the screen failing as the little box appears in the top corner to say the channel it's on ("Ext." at the moment, the default scart channel setting).
I thought it was a problem with the digital TV box rather than the TV itself, but the problems when I was on the PS3 the other day seem to suggest otherwise.
Can anyone think what might be causing this?
