A good race car to get

I'm almost level 20 so I'm going to be going into the big time events where everything is a race car so I figured I should invest in a good race car. I really don't have one except a ZR1 RM and a Mazda Furai.

So what Race car should I look out for? Also how much would it cost and if it in the UCL?
 
i think, the ENZO did a alot of good for me.
