Would it be at all possible for members, especially new ones NOT to post their pictures full size?

In this day and age it's not a case of dial up or bandwidth issues, it's just annoying waiting for a page to finish loading lots of full size pictures. They really don't need to be that big.

Please? It's annoying.

I usually do resize my larger pictures. The biggest issue I would have is when people post several ones in 1.
