A.I. Drivers after new update.

did anyone notice how the A.I. reacts? they react like actual drivers now..i used to use the old trick of bouncing off of them a bit in the turns and they wouldn't do anything, but i tried it today with nascar a-spec and the red bull guy sped up to me and pit manuvered me, i was shocked...i did it again for fun with home depot man, and same thing happened, he slammed into the side of me in a turn...i'm liking this new A.I. =D
 
I can't speak to any added aggression by the AI, however I noticed when diving inside to make a pass, the AI tends to alter it's line more effectively than before the patch. Before the patch, unless you put half your car in front of an AI car, they had a horrible tendency to turn into you . . . as if they didn't know you were there. Now they tend to brake and alter their line with less bumping. This is a good baseline AI improvement.
 
Only thing I see wrong with is that when I was doing a karting event, one kart would always spin out on the same turn on the first lap. Everytime I raced, it would still spin out on that same turn.

Hmm.. I could've sworn the AI spun out a bunch on one of those races when I did them. (which was one of the first things I did, so definitely before a lot of the patches.)

Also, the last 3 or so cars on that Custom track bonus race all lost if in the first couple of corners every time and the NSX would drive right back onto the track in such a way that if I didn't cut the corner onto the grass, I'd t-bone the guy. :/

On some of the other races I played, the AI seemed a bit more aware of me, nothing drastic and it could just be my imagination, I hadn't played in a while.
 
Sadly, I've noticed no change. AI drivers are still slow, still brake randomly through corners and still, without fail, turn in on you if you try to overtake up the inside under brakes.

Oh and the ridiculous collision sounds still exist 👎

I'm back on F1 2010 and wondering why it took me so long...
