Thats right. I got a new job.

It is at the same company, but a far better position in terms of intellectual stimulation, scope for personal growth, scope for promotion and potential for networking.

The best part was shanking my good-for-nothing, lard aS$ boss with the news. The sad part was letting the good colleagues know that they would have to take up the slack. Its a double-edged sword, but worth it in the long run.

Another 👎 is that my day long "visits" to GTP will have to cease. Obviously a trip to TCB is mandatory viewing first thing in the morning and during lunchtime (where possible), but, I guess that is part of the trade-off.

Filled with the euphoria of extracting myself from a mindless job, in favour of a fantastic on, I went and splashed out on a PS2 and a new cellphone :O

But, I only start on 1 August, so Crotchism will still be around yet.

Sounds great, although i'm going to miss the constant nattering.

Me too. But I wont be todally absent, I mean I'll still be in now and then and your Outlook won't clog itself up, will it now? :D
 
Will this change your GT2 races?
 
Excellent news! There's nothing quite like the joy of removing yourself from under a boss who's totally reliant on you but completely unsupportive of you. And coupled with the vastly improved position, you're laughing, mate!
