I'm an AVID GT3 player & recently bought a copy of GT2. The reason is: I want to see all the tracks "left out" of GT3 as rumor has it some of them may be back in GT4.

My Question: What is the QUICKEST way to unlock all the tracks (Arcade Level is fine) & YES I have a PS/GT2 Memory Card although I'll be playing on a PS2.

Thanx in advance...UB57

Well as I can remember, you unlock the arcade mode tracks by completing the licences on the GT Mode disk.

Then you can look at them.

Get all the licenses.

👍 Race Idiot & Woolie Wool 👍
:D Thanx guys, already passed 2 licenses & opened several tracks. So far I think "Seattle Short" is the one I'd most like to see in GT4. Thanx again...UB57
:D

I have a question.
To unlock arcade cars, do you have to beat each track with class S, A, B, C on ALL difficulty levels or do you just beat each track with class S,A,B, and C no matter what difficulty?

I don't think the difficulty matters, but using Difficult/Expert shouldn't be all that hard.

All licenses and and all arcade races must be won to unlock the courses in each direction (press D-pad up to access reverse courses); note that some tracks don't have a reverse. It's boring, but after about an hour of 1-lap races, you'll have all the tracks.

And thanks for making the trip over to GT2...after 5 minutes, you'll be used to the graphics.
