While your offer demonstrates your willingness to be very generous in order to get the Toyota, as playnthru has said the cars you are offering are over the limit for trading. Any car over 1,000,000 as a new vehicle is not tradable. Most of the high end luxury cars in the NCD and most of the NASCAR and GT500 cars are below the limit. If you have a high end Lvl ticket (19,20,21,22,23,24) you might offer one of those as a high prize to get your Toyota.
